Feedback is telling people what to do, coaching is telling people how to feel
Coaching is better than feedback
Feedback is sharing how the class made me feel, it is subjective. Coaching is giving my advice or opinion of how to improve.
Feedback in where you lay on your back and eat off your stomach. Coaching is when you can't afford to travel business class.

Nod and interrupt, even if you are agreeing to show that you are listening
Sravana (deep listening without responding) or Diddiri (First Nations word for deep listening), hear, say thank you for your feedback, sleep on it, decide whether or not to take the feedback on board and implement it.
