Your beautiful host, Tara, will be there to guide you through a soothing meditation, and cleansing breath-work practice, followed by the option to engage in oracle card readings.

Herbal tea and treats encourage the calm to continue after your reflective practice.

Please bring anything that might serve you (a cozy blanket, your favourite journal, a crystal that needs a little love), as well as anything you’d like to place in the circle to receive the energy of the evening.
