Join our earth angel Amanda for a beginner-friendly meditation series in Midland this September. Each Sunday night for 4 weeks, Amanda will lovingly and gently guide you into living a more grounded and present life through the power of meditation. Amanda’s meditation series is the chance to find a deeper understanding of Self, and learn to find refuge within.
Meditation is not "emptying the mind" or being "free from thoughts", rather its a gentle training of the mind to sit within the present, while generating self-compassion.
No meditation experience required.
