Lauren’s introduction to yoga came as a means of bringing softness to her gym sessions and variety to her movement. After 20 years as a Dancer, she used her practice as a way to revisit the focus and skill required by ballet considering there are so many parallels.
Her appreciation for yoga flourished as she discovered the benefits spanned far beyond the physical practice. She says it serves her as a way of life.

Lauren is a passion powerhouse and has worked as a Journalist, Copyeditor and Producer in Australia and the United Kingdom for the last decade.
