Well, it depends entirely on how often you come, and to which classes! The more often you attend, the cheaper they get. You could pay anywhere from $6 a class to $30 a class for Reformer or $4 to $22 for Yoga. Generally if you want to attend once a week or less our PASSES are your best option. Twice a week or more grab one of our MEMBERSHIPS instead.

CONCESSION?

We also offer Concession Rates for holders of valid Concession Cards such as Health Care Card, Pension, and Full-Time Student cards.

Concession rates apply to Casual passes and 10 class passes (not memberships) and can be purchased in-studio only, or by emailing [email protected] and the presentation of a concession card.

Memberships:

We offer a minimum two week and maximum four week pause every six months for those on Membership. 

Do you need a special Medical Pause? Extended pauses are available on presentation of a medical certificate.

All pause requests must be via email [email protected]

Payments:

• Memberships are charged fortnightly and payments run super early in the morning ( 1am) so chose the day after your pay day to ensure successful payments.
• Membership fortnights are from payment date, you can check this under My Memberships section in your Punchpass.
• Unsuccessful payments automatically suspend booking ability until payment is made.
• We offer a minimum 2 week & max 4 week pause every 6mnths for our membership crew.
• Cancellation requires 2 weeks notice due to how the system processes payments. 
• Wanting to cancel, pause or change between memberships? Make sure you email [email protected], so you don't accidentally end up with two running at the same time. 😊

Classes:

• Get 2 classes a week? Your pass will show 4 and they can be used at any time during that payment fortnight. 
• Classes do not roll over.
• Please read full terms & conditions on individual membership prior to purchase.
  
  
• Book & cancel via Punchpass, if you have unlimited classes please ensure you cancel if unable to make the class to allow someone else to grab the spot. 

Payments:

• Membership payments run early in the morning so it's best to chose a payment day after your payday to prevent unsuccessful payments. The system automatically retries payment when you update your details, otherwise please email [email protected]  once there is sufficient funds in the account. 
• Unsuccessful payments automatically suspend your ability to book classes. 
• Please note: When memberships are suspended and the system automatically doesn't allow you to book while not paid, the time keeps clicking over on them (otherwise it would be like free pauses)

Passes offer you a discounted class rate and are set up with generous expiry dates. 

All passes with the exception of our New Client Pass activate on first use, or if a class is booked and not cancelled outside the 1hr cancellation window. This means you have 12 mnths from purchase to begin using them and once begun the expiry date on the individual pass starts. 

For example: brought a 10 class pass? Once activated you've got 3 months to use it, which means you only need to get to one class a week to use them all. 

We know most people want to use it straight away so our New Client Pass activates on purchase.

Due to the discounted rate there are no extensions offered on our pass expiry.

Cancellations:

• All membership queries must come through [email protected]
• Don't forget we offer a minimum two week and maximum four week pause every six months, so if you know life will calm down again soon and don't want to lose the Membership price you're currently on, let us know and we can pause it for you instead.
• While we don't require minimum terms or cancellation fees, due to how our system processes payments we do require two weeks notice for cancellations. Last payment just ran this morning? Email us at [email protected] that day and it will count as your final payment. If you email a few days later or mid fortnight you will have one last payment required.  

Our memberships and passes are both discounted already, the more you attend the cheaper the membership/pass options are. We do offer a sneaky discount if you join a Membership within 2-weeks of your New Client Pass ending though (so keep an eye out for the email during your trial)
