SATURDAYS 11AM
A safe, gentle Hatha and Chair Yoga fusion, this class combines mindfulness and breath in body-inspired movement within a non-competitive, inclusive and body-positive way.
WEDNESDAY 715PM
A blend of guided relaxation and breathwork techniques, for use in class and life outside the studio. No yoga asanas (postures) in this practice, so it's perfect for both beginners & experienced students.

TUESDAYS 4PM
DURING SCHOOL TERMS
A fun and engaging class run by Beth, a qualified child care, yoga teacher and mum, who creates a safe space for your 10-14 year olds to practise yoga, relaxation and mindfulness.

LAST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH
Stick around after our 6pm Reformer + 5.45pm Yoga classes to enjoy a glass of bubbles (non-alcoholic options available too) on us.
