Our particular style at Vital Beat involves a mixture of asanas to build your strength, deeply nourishing stretches, and relaxation/breathing techniques, as well as discussions on empowered birth, all paired with our signature RnB tunes and fun beats! Get yo’ pregnancy Beyonce glow on!

A safe, gentle Hatha and Chair Yoga fusion, this class combines mindfulness and breath in body-inspired movement within a non-competitive, inclusive and body-positive way.

A blend of guided relaxation and breathwork techniques, for use in class and life outside the studio. No yoga asanas (postures) in this practice, so it's perfect for both beginners & experienced students.
