A fun and engaging class run by qualified child care, yoga teacher and mum Beth, who creates a safe space for your 10-14 year olds to practise yoga, relaxation and mindfulness.

LAST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH
Stick around after our 6pm Reformer + 5.45pm Yoga classes to enjoy a glass of bubbles (non-alcoholic options available too) on us.
