No pressure, no judgment - just a fun, highly adaptable practice with more time for movement between asanas (postures) & a greater capacity for modifications, than you may find in a group fitness class.

Guided relaxation + breathwork you can take off the mat and into real life. 

▫️ No yoga poses here — just blankets, bolsters + fairy lights setting the vibe.

THIRD WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH @ 7:15pm

Rhythm + Flow Yoga
Our most dynamic yoga class: think deep bass + booty-shakin’ beats that build from slow tempo to sweaty flow. Breath and movement link up to create heat, strength + stamina.

▫️ All Levels, however an existing degree of fitness is helpful. Flows are generally more complex, with faster transitions between movements than our Slow Jamz, Yang/Yin or Yin/Yang classes.
▫️ Expect floor + standing flows, core work, hip mobility, downward dogs, planks + cardio-style sequencing. Layers + props offered, with the occasional spicy arm balance or balance play.
▫️ Accessibility: You’ll move up + down from the floor, bear weight through arms, and flow in repeating patterns that build with your breath. Starts + ends grounded on the mat.

Slow Flow Yoga
Slower yoga flows that create an awareness of movement, our body and the sweet connection to breath. Move and flow through sequences, with more time to connect to breath and more chill time than vinyasa.

▫️ On Fridays Slow Jams is Old School with blends of artists like Nelly, Usher, Shaggy and Ashanti.
▫️ All levels class. If you find the movements a little too bold, have a sneaky peek at our lush Accessible Yoga or Yoga Flow Basics for more space and time.
▫️ Accessibility: Movement up + down from the floor at an unhurried pace, with lighter weight-bearing and props offered. Class begins + ends grounded, often with options to stay low to the mat throughout if needed.

Yang/Yin Yoga
Equal parts flow + slow: start with an energising vinyasa to shake off the day, then sink into long, juicy yin holds. Expect heat in the first half, deep rest in the second. A little spicier than Yin/Yang (Slow Flow), but always space to dial it back.

▫️ All Levels: A balanced class—bold enough to challenge, but with options to soften. If you’re craving a gentler flow, check out Slow Flow or Yin/Yang.
▫️ Expect standing + floor flows, mindful breathwork, heat-building sequences to release tension, followed by yin shapes that ground + restore. Props + modifications always offered. ▫️ Accessibility : You’ll flow between standing + seated, bear weight through arms, and move at a steady pace. Plenty of permission to pause or adapt.

Yin/Yang Yoga
A fusion of the philosophies of Yin Yoga; slow, deep and juicy longer holds working on our yin muscles, and Yang Yoga ; dynamic and fun flows in sync with our breath.

▫️ This particular class we’ve taken the volume down a little with the silkiness of Slow Flow rather than fiery vinyasa (our Yang/Yin brings that slightly spicier combo).

▫️ Expect unhurried flows, mindful breath, tension release, and grounding yin shapes to close. A nurturing mix of strength, stretch + stillness make this class all levels: Gentle enough for beginners, layered enough to explore.

▫️Accessibility: You’ll move between standing + seated, bear some weight through arms, and flow at a slower tempo with options to pause or simplify.

THURSDAYS @ 9:30am

Flow Basics Yoga
Back to the foundations: each week brings a new focus—breath (pranayama), asana (poses), bandhas (energy locks), and core awareness. Progress step by step, building confidence to advance your practice or refresh the basics.

▫️ All Levels: Designed for absolute beginners, returning students, or anyone wanting to revisit foundations. You can move into regular classes anytime, or come back here for extra guidance.

▫️ Expect breaking down of postures, less complex sequences, alignment cues, breath practice, core awareness, and time to explore postures at your own pace. A space to learn, relearn + grow.

▫️ Accessibility: Low-impact pace with clear instructions. Both standing + floor work, bearing some weight through arms, and repeated foundational movements.

Soulful Yin
The perfect complimentary practice to our dynamic classes, in fact the perfect complement to ANY dynamic training/workout program.

▫️ Slow paced, longer stretches, that reach into the deep connective tissue of the ligaments and fascia, not just the muscles.

▫️ All Levels, but especially lovely for beginners or anyone needing to stop for a moment amongst the chaos of life.

▫️ Accessibility:Poses are taken on the floor with an array of props to support you, and each posture is held in a semi-relaxed state for 3-5 minutes.

▪ A gentle Hatha & chair yoga fusion, accessible doesn’t always mean easy, these are adaptive, but still challenging classes.

▪ More time for movement between asanas (postures) & a greater capacity for modifications, than is achievable in a group fitness class. 

▪ LGBTQIA+ and gender friendly space.

▪5-week course that you can join anytime.

▪ Equal parts Vinyasa flow and nourishing Yin, with a little more heat than our Yin/Yang offering (Yin/Slow Flow).

▪ Class is all levels offering a challenge while still leaving plenty of space for rest, we always advocate to listen to your body, so if you find the movements of this class a little too bold, check out our Slow Flow or Yin/Yang options to gift yourself a gentle flow.

▪ Invigorating flow, to warm up the body and relieve any pent up tension from the day, the second half of this class dives down into a Yin class.

â–Ş Yoga bookings open 21 days prior, Pilates 7 days, so book ahead to get a spot in your favourites.
▪ Doors are locked at class time for security, out of respect for students in class and to aid in injury prevention. 

â–Ş Can't make it but don't want to lose a class? Simply cancel prior to our 5 hour cancellation window. (please still cancel if it's within that time though, to allow someone else to grab your spot.

▪We want everyone to get the benefits of movement, so while we endeavour to offer modifications & variations in classes, please consult your health care professional if you have concerns with acute or chronic injury: as these are general fitness classes not designed for specific rehabilitation requirements.

▪ Suitable for absolute newbies or existing students wanting to take it back to basics, or those returning after a break.
