Accessible Yoga

No pressure, no judgment — just a fun, body-positive space. Adaptable yoga with slower transitions + plenty of modifications (more than a standard fitness class).

Breathe + Release
Guided relaxation + breathwork you can take off the mat and into real life. 

🔸 No yoga poses here - just blankets, bolsters + fairy lights setting the vibe.
🔸 Pre/Postnatal friendly (just let your teacher know).
🔸 All levels welcome.

Rhythm + Flow Yoga
Our most dynamic class: deep bass + booty-shakin’ beats, building from slow tempo to sweaty flow. Breath + movement = heat, strength + stamina.

🔸 All Levels (some fitness helps tho). Faster, more complex flows than Slow Jamz or Yin-Yang.
🔸 Expect: Standing + floor flows, core, downdogs, hip mobility, cardio-style sequencing. Layers + props offered (with the odd spicy balance play).
🔸 Accessibility: Up + down from floor, weight through arms, repeating patterns. Grounded start + finish.

Slow Flow Yoga
Slower yoga flows that create an awareness of movement, our body and the sweet connection to breath. Flow with extra chill compared to vinyasa.

🔸 Fridays = Old School jams (Nelly, Usher, Shaggy, Ashanti vibes).
🔸 All Levels. Want slower? Try Accessible Yoga or Flow Basics.
🔸 Accessibility: Movement up + down from the floor at an unhurried pace, with lighter weight-bearing and props offered. Class begins + ends grounded, often with options to stay low to the mat throughout if needed.

Yang/Yin Yoga
Spice & Stillness: start with heat-building Vinyasa, then melt into long, juicy Yin holds. First half = energising, second half = deep rest.

🔸 All Levels: Bold enough to challenge, but always space to soften.
🔸 Expect: Standing + floor flows, breathwork, tension-release & yin shapes to restore.
🔸 Accessibility: Flow between standing + seated, bear weight through arms, steady pace with full permission to pause or adapt.

Yin/Yang Yoga
Yin meets Slow Flow: Take the volume down with juicy Yin holds + silky Slow Flow for a balanced blend of strength, stretch + stillness. Gentle enough for beginners, layered enough to explore.

🔸 Expect: Unhurried flows, mindful breath, tension release, and grounding yin shapes to close.
🔸Accessibility: Standing + floor based flows at a slower tempo, with options for props or pauses. Prefer more space? Try Accessible or Basics. More heat, Yang/Yin brings that slightly spicier combo.

Flow Basics Yoga
The Basics: Build foundations with breath, postures + core awareness, gain confidence to grow your practice or refresh the essentials.

🔸All Levels: Perfect for beginners, returners or anyone revisiting foundations. Move into regular classes anytime.
🔸Expect: Posture breakdowns, breathwork, alignment cues.
🔸 Accessibility: Low-impact pace with clear instructions. Both standing + floor work, bearing some weight through arms, and repeated foundational movements.

Soulful Yin
Slow paced, longer stretchesYin Yoga: Slow, floor-based stretches that melt into fascia + ligaments, not just muscles. A perfect balance to dynamic training or busy life.

🔸 All Levels: Especially supportive for beginners or anyone craving stillness.
🔸Expect: 3–5 min holds, deep release, nervous system down-shift.🔸Accessibility:Fully floor-based with props + options for comfort in every pose.
