On the last Friday of the month all the crew booked into our 545pm Slow Flow and 6pm Reformer Stretch are invited to hang out after class and talk about random bs, while sipping on a glass of Prosecco (or tonic water!) and getting to know your fellow community over a glass of bubbly refreshment.
