Reformer Pilates

Layers of movement A dynamic, invigorating class using springs + resistance to move through a full range of motion. Build strength, tone muscles plus boost stability + mobility of joints. A brilliant cross-training tool alongside yoga, or on its own.

🔸All Levels: Designed to challenge but adaptable for beginners through to experienced movers.
🔸Expect: Large range of motion, strength + stability work, and functional movement patterns.
🔸Accessibility: Guided movement, adjustable intensity from springs + props. Some weight-bearing through arms + core, machines low to ground.

Stretch & Mobility
Stretch & Recover: A blend of active + passive stretching with gentle movement. Supports mobility, improves range of motion + aids recovery, while giving you space to stretch out + fully chill.

🔸All Levels: Perfect for pregnancy, beginners, or anyone wanting to decompress.
🔸 Expect: Slow, guided stretches using springs + props, mobility drills, juicy lengthening of tight spots, and mindful relaxation.
🔸Accessibility: Low-impact pace. Options to modify spring tension, reduce range of motion, or use props. No high-intensity sequences.

Mat Pilates
Our long-running FREE class opens access to movement for those limited by care, time, or finances.

🔸A relaxed family-friendly space: kids welcome (bring toys/books), older kids might prefer to chill in reception.
🔸 Strengthen and mobilise with light props + low impact bodyweight movement, based on Joseph Pilates’ original exercises.
🔸 You do not need to bring a child to attend this class.

Intermediate
Turn Up The Heat For regulars ready to level up. Builds on open-level Reformer with more challenging repertoire, creative variations + deeper burn.

🔸 Best for those with a consistent Reformer practice. Newer? Start with Stretch or Reformer before progressing.
*Not recommended: pregnancy/beginners.
🔸Expect: Stronger spring loads, faster transitions, layered sequences, and challenges. Dynamic full-body burn with plenty of spice.
🔸Accessibility: Moderate to high intensity. Weight-bearing, quick set-ups, + complex movements. Layers offered, but baseline experience is required.
