We have a generous FIVE hour cancellation policy. One class is deducted each time a class is attended, or if client reserves a place in a class but fails to attend or cancel within 5 hours of the class commencement time.
- Doors are locked at start of class for security, we know traffic can be rubbish so always allow a little extra time. Please note that if you are late you may not be able to join - this is to preserve the experience for others.
- Please use our booking system to register for a class. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your place (even if there’s only 10 minutes until class starts!) especially if you're not feeling well, as this allows other students to grab a spot.
