Our 5-week Bubs 'n' Me Yoga course is an opportunity to connect with other new parents, to stretch, strengthen and feel empowered on the post-birth journey with like-minded people. With an emphasis on the postnatal pelvic floor (partners and carers, yours might not be postnatal, but we've all got them, so building strength and awareness never go astray), abdominal strengthening and allowing yourself the chance to recover, let's be real babies are hard work for body, mind and soul. Juicy stretches for the back, hips, and shoulders, and mindful movement and breath make Bubs 'n' Me yoga is the perfect opportunity to give your body and mind a chance to breathe.

We make time and space to both strengthen and to relax, while bonding with your baby, in a supportive environment paired with your favourite RnB tunes!

Suitable for babies up to 1-year-old (or until mobile). We recommend that if you are the birthing parent you speak to your postnatal care provider to discuss return to exercise before commencing this course.
*If your little one is already mobile and 6mnths+ check out our timetable for creche options that run alongside certain classes.

No yoga experience necessary, join any time during the course.

COURSE - Run in 5-week blocks, with a 2-week break between each round. Course already underway? You can still jump in and join the flow using a Casual Pass, Parents Pass, or a Yoga-inclusive Membership.

Think of this as your post-birth reconnect: a 5-week course where you and your tiny human get to slow down, reconnect with your body, and hang out with other parents who get it.

We focus on what really matters in those early months (or let’s be honest, years):

  • Postnatal pelvic floor + core strength – because everyone’s got one, and after carrying or supporting a baby, they deserve some love.

  • Juicy stretches for sore shoulders, tight hips and tired backs (coz the pram-lugging and baby-wrangling tension is real).

  • Mindful movement + breathwork to help you feel a little more like yourself again.

All of this happens in a supportive space, soundtracked by your favourite RnB tunes – zero judgement, plenty of laughs, and no expectation to keep your baby quiet.

Good to know:

  • Designed for babies up to 12 months old (or until they start crawling).

  • No yoga experience needed - come as you are, and join at any point in the course.

  • If you’re the birthing parent, please get the all-clear from your healthcare provider before jumping in.

  • Got a mobile little one over 6 months? Check out our timetable for creche-friendly class options instead.
