FULL MOON MEDITATION

 545PM - 715PM

Kambarang springs to life with the return of the heat, vibrant acacias, banksias & the stunning orange-yellow of moojar (Australian Christmas Tree) bloom alongside the fragile boldness of kangaroo paw & delicate orchids, bringing a sensory array to life.

As the warmth gathers & days extend, we unfurl ourselves from the winter cold together with the yoorn (bobtail lizard) and other reptiles as our season of hibernation ends, and we embrace the sun again.

As the season progresses and temperatures ascend, the graceful flower stalks of the Balgas make their debut, heralding the impending arrival of Kambarang season.

In celebration and acknowledgment of the traditional custodians of our land, we come together to honour the change of season, with our Full Moon Meditation & Community Gathering.

This is an inclusive space, welcoming all backgrounds, experiences, bodies and identities, whether you meditate regularly or are at the very beginning of exploring its benefits, you are able to simply rest and allow yourself to be. A chance to connect, and create mental space as you release the old, letting go of what no longer serves you, ushering in the energy required for the initiatives of the new moon. These offerings are a unique blend of guided full moon meditation, community, mantra, ceremony, herbal teas and tasty snacks created by each teacher especially for you.

Please bring anything that might serve you (such as a blanket, or a journal) or anything you'd like to place in the circle, such as favourite crystals or sentimental items.

This event is always FREE to attend, all welcome but bookings are essential. Valid Passes/Memberships for this class:

This is a FREE event however bookings are essential for catering purposes.
