TEACH THE TEACHER: Adaptive Movement Jam

Teachers supporting teachers — that’s what this night is all about. Think of it as a jam session for movement professionals,  exploring mindful, functional practices that deepen how we teach and connect. It’s a space to share ideas, questions, and those “how the heck do I teach this?” moments we all have.

Led by Amanda Koh (E-RYT500 YACEP) — an international yoga and Pilates teacher trainer with almost 20 years of experience — this informal “Teach the Teacher” session is a collaborative deep-dive into inclusive, adaptive teaching.

We’ll unpack strategies for supporting neurodivergent, restricted, hypermobile, and ageing bodies through movement that actually feels good.

Expect around 90 minutes of teacher talk, laughter, and lightbulb moments as we workshop, move, and learn - all in the aim of better supporting our communities.

💬 Have a specific question or challenge? Send it our way before the session to [email protected]!

✨Come with curiosity, and a notebook. Leave with inspiration, new perspectives, and a solid teaching tips.
