TWEENS YOGA TERM 2

WEDNESDAYS 430PM-530PM

A fun and engaging class taught by Beth, qualified yoga, child carer and mum, who creates a safe space for your 10-15 year olds to practice yoga, relaxation & mindfulness.

Throughout the term, students will develop relationships with like-minded peers whilst developing their resiliency, self-esteem and self-confidence. Each week, Beth will work with your child to develop their own toolbox of skills & strategies, allowing them to not only cope, but thrive in their everyday lives.
