These nurturing sessions, designed to teach you techniques for both classes and daily life, offer a comforting escape. The ambiance is enriched with snug blankets, supportive bolsters, and enchanting fairy lights, creating an inviting cocoon of tranquility. With no yoga poses and no expectations - just come as you are, dressed in soft comfortable clothing, and bask in the serenity of the experience. 

*Breath retention techniques are not recommended for pregnancy, so please chat to the teacher prior to class for alternative breath options.



Valid Passes/Memberships for this class: 

All Pilates & Yoga passes and memberships may be used for this class excluding Kids/Tweens Passes. 🙌🏽
