Think of this as your post-birth reconnect: a 5-week course where you and your tiny human get to slow down, reconnect with your body, and hang out with other parents who get it.

We focus on what really matters in those early months (or let’s be honest, years):

  • Postnatal pelvic floor + core strength – because everyone’s got one, and after carrying or supporting a baby, they deserve some love.

  • Juicy stretches for sore shoulders, tight hips and tired backs (coz the pram-lugging and baby-wrangling tension is real).

  • Mindful movement + breathwork to help you feel a little more like yourself again.

All of this happens in a supportive space, soundtracked by your favourite RnB tunes – zero judgement, plenty of laughs, and no expectation to keep your baby quiet.

Good to know:

  • Designed for babies up to 12 months old (or until they start crawling).

  • No yoga experience needed – come as you are, and join at any point in the course.

  • If you’re the birthing parent, please get the all-clear from your healthcare provider before jumping in.
