BUBS 'n' ME REFORMER

50 minute reformer classes combined with sweet playlists, designed to support and empower birthing & newly birthed bodies to move fearlessly.

Babies welcome: byo mat or capsule. We also have bouncers, or a playpen for mobile little ones.

Suitable 12+ weeks pregnant or post 6-week check.

▪ Expecting but never done reformer before? Start here and then add our pregnancy teachers other general classes in.

▪ Offered Thursdays @ 10.30am & Sundays @ 10am.

Grip socks encouraged.
