BE A PROP BADDIE:

Extending & Deepening Your Practice

Get ready to fall in love (again) — this time, with your props. 😛

Join Amanda Koh (E-RYT500 YACEP) — international yoga and Pilates teacher trainer, biomechanics nerd, and master of functional movement - for a creative, hands-on workshop exploring how to use props to deepen your yoga or pilates practice (not just make it “easier”).

We’ll flip your perspective on props — they’re not a crutch, they’re a cheat code. From blocks and straps to squishy balls, hand weights, and magic circles, you’ll learn playful, practical ways to:

  • Challenge your stability and strength.

  • Deepen flexibility without overdoing it.

  • Build smarter, more balanced movement patterns.

  • Enhance your proprioception and body awareness.

There will be loads of  “ohhh, that’s how that works!” moments!

This 2.5-hour session is perfect for yoga and reformer lovers of all levels - whether you’re new to the mat, rebuilding confidence after injury, consistently practicing or teaching and ready to bring some prop magic into your classes.

Come ready to explore, play, and surprise yourself with what’s possible when you and your props are truly in sync.
