ROLL, RELEASE, RESET:
Functional Yin + Myofascial Release
Anti-Tension for Wound-Up Bodies
Tight shoulders? Clenched jaw? Hamstrings holding onto the worlds tension? This one’s for you.
Join Amanda Koh and Justine Teng for a slow, functional Yin session designed to melt away stiffness and calm your nervous system. We’ll mix myofascial release (yep, lacrosse balls and self-massage!) with mindful movement, to roll out angsty muscles, free up facia and reset from the layers beneath the noise.
This practice supports mobility, tissue health, and nervous system regulation - a brilliant way to end your week and start the next one grounded and tension-free.
It's a great fit for beginners, neurodivergent movers, and anyone curious about tension release, mobility and functional flexibility. Also perfect for anyone who’s been “go-go-go” too long, needs recovery support, or just wants to feel like a loose noodle by Sunday night.
